How does the Watchlist feature work?

The Watchlist lets you express interest in specific companies. Adding a company signals to GPs that you'd like to be considered if they bring an SPV for that company to Meridian. Your Watchlist is private to you.

Find companies
Search for a specific company or browse to discover new ones.

Add to your Watchlist
Track as many companies as you'd like.

How you get allocation
When a GP creates an SPV for a company on your Watchlist, they can see eligible Watchlist investors and choose to invite them directly. The more companies you add, the more opportunities you may be considered for as GPs bring SPVs to Meridian.

Why it matters
GPs control who they invite. When reviewing eligible investors, a GP can see your investor qualifications and accreditation status. They can not see your name. Whether you're invited depends on the GP's decision. Adding a company to your Watchlist does not guarantee access to an investment.

Eligibility requirements
You must be approved to invest on Meridian to be considered for Watchlist opportunities. If you haven't already, complete the Meridian Investor Application to determine your eligibility.

Editing or removing companies
You can remove a company from your Watchlist at any time.
