How does the Watchlist feature work?

The Watchlist feature lets you express interest in specific startups. By adding a company to your Watchlist, you tell Meridian which opportunities you’d like to be considered for. We then try to match your interest with available allocations as they arise.

How it works

From Meridian, you can browse or search for startups and add them to your Watchlist. For each company, you’ll enter an estimated investment amount – how much you’d ideally like to invest if an opportunity becomes available.

When you’ll be invited to invest

Once you’ve added companies to your Watchlist, Meridian will monitor for relevant allocations. If and when a matching opportunity becomes available, we’ll extend an invite. While we aim to include as many investors as possible, invites are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Eligibility requirements

You must be approved to invest on Meridian in order to receive Watchlist investment opportunities. If you haven’t already, complete the Investor Application to determine your eligibility.

Editing or removing companies

You can update your target investment amount or remove a company from your Watchlist at any time directly from your dashboard.
