Publishing an SPV
When your SPV is eligible, a "Review & publish" option appears on its vehicle page.
- Listing details: set your Meridian investment limits, tagline, and summary; choose data room access (Full access or Request access required); set company name and logo visibility; and choose which round details investors can see.
- Investor audience: choose the investor types you'll approve, optionally include investors from your Directory, target select metros, set the minimum typical check size, and choose whether new Meridian investors can see the SPV. A potential-reach estimate updates as you adjust.
- Review and publish: confirm your settings and publish.
SPVs are deactivated 14 days after publication. See "How long will my SPV stay published on Meridian?"
Publishing a fund
Eligible funds receive an email from our team with steps to publish.
- Listing details: set your Meridian investment limits, tagline, fund summary, and sector and stage focus; choose data room access; set fund name and logo visibility; and choose which fund details investors can see (fund size, carry, and management fee can be hidden; others are always visible).
- Investor audience: choose the investor types you'll approve, set the minimum typical check size, optionally require previous fund experience, and choose whether new Meridian investors can see the fund.
- Review and publish: review your listing and publish.
Controlling what investors see
You decide how much is visible before access. You can require investors to request data room access, hide the company or fund name and logo until access is granted, and hide select details. You can change these settings after publishing.
