We expect you to adhere to the following standards of conduct:
- Company consent: Before listing an SPV, you confirm you have the underlying company's consent to run it. This is part of the confirmations you complete when creating the SPV.
- Investor engagement: you will not message or bring investors off the Meridian platform.
- Compliance with regulations: We expect you to comply with all applicable securities laws and regulations in connection with your activities on the platform.
- AngelList's terms of service: You will comply with AngelList's terms of service (https://venture.angellist.com/terms).
At its discretion, Meridian may choose to suspend GPs who violate the above standards of conduct.
