We expect you to adhere to the following standards of conduct:
- Portfolio company consent: Meridian GPs should not post deals without allocation.
- Investor engagement: you will not message or bring LPs off-platform.
- Compliance with regulations: We expect you to comply with all applicable securities laws and regulations in connection with your activities on the platform
- AngelList's terms of service: You will comply with AngelList's terms of service.
At its discretion, Meridian may choose to suspend GPs who violate the above standards of conduct.
