How to View Your Carry Share Agreement
If you've been added as a Deal Partner to an SPV or Venture Fund, you can view and confirm your carry share agreement directly from your AngelList dashboard by navigating here.
Finding Your Carry Share Agreement
- Log in to your AngelList account and navigate to your Portfolio.
- In the left hand pane, locate the Carry Agreements section.
- Here you'll find a list of all deals and funds where you have a carry share, including:
- The deal or fund name
- Your carry percentage
- The agreement date
- A Download button to access your agreement PDF at any time.
What to Expect as a New Carry Recipient
When a GP adds you as a Deal Partner, you'll receive an email invitation to accept the carry share. Once accepted, your agreement will appear in your Carry Agreements dashboard and remain accessible there going forward.
Downloading Your Agreement
You can download a copy of your carry agreement at any time by clicking the Download button next to the relevant deal or fund.
