When you publish a venture fund to Meridian, investors see it in two places — a summary card while browsing, and a full listing they can open. You control what's shown and what stays hidden.
Summary card
The card investors see first shows your fund name and logo (if you choose to show them), tagline, sectors, fund lead(s), minimum investment, GP commitment, and stage focus.
Full listing
Opening the card shows the complete listing: tagline, sectors, fund lead, minimum investment, target fund size, GP commitment, your fund summary, and an additional-details section (stage focus, fund number, location, management fee, and carry).
What you can hide
In the publishing flow, you set visibility per field. Fund size, carry, and management fee can be shown or hidden. Stage focus, GP commitment, fund number, location, and sector focus are always visible. You also choose whether your fund name and logo are visible to everyone or hidden until an investor has data room access.
Your fund summary
Meridian generates a summary from your fund details that you can edit before publishing. Use it to explain your focus, stage, typical check size, and what makes your fund distinct.
Data room access
You choose whether investors can view the data room immediately (Full access) or must request access first (Request access required).
You can adjust these settings after publishing.
