How do I edit my opportunity once it’s on Meridian?

You can update your opportunity on Meridian at any time from your AngelList dashboard.

To make changes:

1. Go to your SPV or fund vehicle page on AngelList.
2. Open the Meridian tab.
3. Select Manage> Edit to update your title, description, sector, or visibility settings.
4. Review your changes and click Publish.

Any updates you make appear on Meridian immediately. Editing your opportunity does not affect investors who have already committed capital; it only changes what new or prospective investors see and how they can access your opportunity.

Some changes may require additional review before they're published:

• For SPVs: changes to deal-specific elements such as valuation or lead investor(s).
• For funds: changes to fund terms such as fund size, management fee, or carry.
