How is Meridian different for GPs from the previous platform?

Meridian modernizes distribution and access control for GPs, while preserving your existing investor relationships.

On the legacy platform, discovery was largely tied to syndicates, and investors often had to apply to a syndicate before they could view or invest in its SPVs. On Meridian, you publish opportunities directly to the platform and choose the audience and access settings up front. Investors discover opportunities based on their profiles and investment preferences, as well as the visibility settings you select. This means you can reach investors who are a good fit for your opportunity, without a separate syndicate application step or broad manual outreach.

What happens to my syndicate and its members?

Your existing syndicate members remain part of your network, and you can continue to invite them to opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis. Meridian primarily changes how new investors discover your opportunities and how you manage access and visibility.

More control over access

Meridian gives you stronger tools to manage access. When you publish, you choose who can see an opportunity and whether investors must request access before viewing the data room. You can then review those requests with more context, for example, prior on-platform activity can help inform your decision when approving or declining a request.

Overall, Meridian is designed to help you reach the right investors with less manual work, while keeping you in control of who sees what and how you manage relationships.
