You can discover investment opportunities on Meridian in two ways.
- The SPVs and Funds tabs in Invest
Invest is the main place to discover opportunities on Meridian. The SPVs and Funds tabs show active SPVs and venture funds based on your investor profile and stated preferences.
Update your profile and preferences at any time to tailor your deal flow.
- Direct invites from GPs (Firms)
A GP can invite you directly to an SPV or a venture fund. When you receive a direct invite, you'll get an email with a link to the data room, and the invite will appear in the Direct invites tab in Invest.
Requesting access to a data room through Meridian
Some opportunities require you to request access before you can view the data room. When you submit a request, the GP sees a preview of your investor profile before approving or declining.
Once approved, you’ll be notified by email and can view the full opportunity through Meridian.
