Are there any fees for General Partners to list a fund on Meridian?

There are no costs associated with publishing a fund on Meridian.

For funds and SPVs advised by Platform Advisors, LLC, AngelList will receive 5% of the GPs carried interest related to the investors sourced through Meridian. For example, if the fund has a 20% carry, the carry on capital committed through Meridian would be split, with AngelList receiving 5% and the GP retaining 15%.
