For funds and SPVs advised by Platform Advisors, LLC, AngelList will receive 5% of the GPs' carried interest from Meridian-attributed investors. For example, if the fund has a 20% carry, the carry on capital committed through Meridian would be split, with AngelList receiving 5% and the GP retaining 15%.
