GP Entity Administrative Support

• Assist with execution of GP entity organizational documents; provided that, AngelList cannot provide legal assistance with future edits, amendments or adjustments to the organizational documents.
• Assist with initial and on-going Delaware registration
• Assist with obtaining of IRS Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Banking Support

• Assist with setup of a GP Entity bank account on AngelList.

Accounting and Tax Support

• Assist with preparing and filing annual Federal and State tax returns for the GP Entity.*
• Prepare and deliver Form 1065 with the IRS.
• Assist with preparing and issuing K-1 forms for the GP Entity.*
• Assist with preparing Form 1099s for qualifying transactions.
• Assist with bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
