What is Meridian?

Meridian is AngelList’s new wealth platform for private markets. It’s a dedicated space for investors to discover and invest in venture capital opportunities, including startups and venture funds.

Built on AngelList’s trusted infrastructure, Meridian connects general partners (GPs) and investors, surfacing opportunities aligned with each investor’s profile and preferences.

For investors: Meridian offers a single platform to explore, evaluate, and invest in opportunities that align with their profile and preferences.
For GPs: Meridian provides greater visibility and control, allowing you to publish opportunities, manage investor access, and grow your LP network.

How is Meridian different from the previous AngelList investor platform?

Meridian replaces the legacy AngelList investing experience with a more structured, data-driven platform built on AngelList’s trusted infrastructure.

Previously, investors discovered opportunities by browsing or applying to individual syndicates. On Meridian, opportunities appear through an Inbox experience that uses your investor profile and stated preferences, alongside each GP’s audience settings, to determine what you see. That means you will not necessarily see every active SPV or fund

You no longer need to apply to syndicates as the primary way to expand your deal flow. Instead, you tailor what you see by updating your investor profile and preferences. GPs can still choose to require you to request access before you can view a data room or certain deal details.

In some cases, the company name or other key details may be intentionally restricted until the GP approves your access.
