Why do I see “Account Review in Progress” when funding an investment?

If you see a message that says “Account Review in Progress” when trying to fund an investment, it means your Funding Account needs to be reactivated with our banking partner. In some cases, when an investment entity is created but no investments are made for a period of time, the associated Funding Account may be deactivated as part of standard banking practices.

To move forward, please contact our support team. We’ll coordinate with our banking partner to reactivate your account, and you can expect the issue to be resolved within 1–2 business days. We’ll send a confirmation as soon as your account is ready for funding.

This is a normal part of maintaining active account status and ensuring regulatory compliance. Once your Funding Account is reactivated, you’ll be able to complete your investment as usual. If you are working against a tight investment deadline, please let us know so we can prioritize your request.
