When the RUV receives distribution proceeds from an exit, the fund administrator will confirm the proceeds are aligned with the terms of the initial investment and exit event and distribute them to LPs as soon as possible.
In exits resulting in publicly traded shares, we may offer LPs a choice to receive shares "in-kind". More information on in-kind distributions is available here.
