Control Person

When making an investment through an entity, like a firm or fund, we're required to collect information about the control person.

A control person is an individual with significant responsibility for managing the legal entity, such as an executive officer or senior manager (e.g. CEO, President, etc.) or any other individual who regularly performs similar functions. Typically the individual controlling the AngelList account for an entity would constitute a control person.
