How do carry and distributions work for Rolling Funds?

Distributions are paid when a fund realizes a return to LPs who subscribed to that fund on a pro-rata basis. This means that a LP does not participate in distributions from quarterly funds formed before their subscription was accepted or after their subscription is cancelled or rejected.

As a fund exits the investments made with your contributions, you will receive any returns after payment of any applicable carry.
