What are Platform Capital Invites?

Deals that meet the objective criteria listed below may qualify for Platform Capital Invites:

SPV criteria:

• The SPV was launched in the last 12 months
• The stage of the underlying company is seed or later
• The SPV has a notable co-investor

These invites allow you to access the AngelList LP network, which includes qualified purchasers and high-net-worth individuals.

To send an invite, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Overview tab on your data room dashboard to confirm if your deal is eligible for Platform Capital Invites.
2. If so, you can select "Invite LPs" to browse through the network of qualified purchasers and clients.
3. You may invite up to 1,000 LPs to your deal, but no invitations will be sent automatically.
