How can I make my GP commitment?

SPVs

To fulfill your GP commitment:

1. Navigate to your Lead Dashboard

2. Click on the “Overview” tab

3. Select “Make Investment” — this will guide you through the process of formally committing to your SPV.

To update your GP commitment amount:

1. Go to the “Manage” tab from your Lead Dashboard

2. Click on “Carry & GP Commitment”

3. Adjust your commitment amount as needed and confirm the changes

4. Once updated, please ensure your funding account reflects the revised amount — particularly if you've increased your commitment.

Important note: Decreasing your GP commitment after LPs have already committed will automatically trigger an LP opt-out, giving existing investors the right to withdraw. Please make changes cautiously and ideally, before LP capital is raised.

Funds

1. Head to your fund’s page

2. Click “Invest Now” to initiate and complete your GP commitment.

Reducing your GP commitment for a fund involves amending the fund’s Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA). You’ll need to consult with external legal counsel to facilitate this change. We recommend speaking with your attorney to fully understand the implications and requirements.
