How do you access and withdraw management fees?

Management fees

Management fees are charged by fund managers to cover operating expenses, salaries, and other costs associated with managing the fund. These fees are typically structured as a percentage of committed capital and ensure the fund's ongoing operational viability.

The standard management fee is often around 2% per year, though this may vary depending on the fund’s structure. Management fees are usually paid quarterly, often on the first day of each quarter, to the designated fee recipient.

To access and withdraw management fees, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your dashboard
Log into your AngelList account and navigate to your GP dashboard.

    • If you use AngelList's Management Company offering, go to the Management Companies tab.
    • Otherwise, go to Settings and select the Fee Recipient tab to view your management fees.
  3. Check transactions
