What is my LP’s funding status?

You can track the funding status of your Limited Partners (LPs) directly from your GP dashboard.

For Funds:

  1. Navigate to your Fund’s page in your GP dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Fundraising” tab – this will display a list of LPs along with their funding status.

For SPVs:

  1. Navigate to the SPV’s page in your GP dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Manage” tab – this will show each LP’s funding status.

This allows you to monitor which LPs have funded their commitments and who still has outstanding payments.


Funding Statuses:

  • Awaiting KYC: LP’s KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is in progress, or additional information is required.
  • KYC in Progress: LP has not yet verified their identity.
  • Signed: LP has signed the fund documents, but accreditation verification is still in progress.
  • Awaiting Wire: LP has signed the fund documents but has not yet initiated a wire transfer.
  • Awaiting ACH: LP has signed the fund documents but has not yet initiated their ACH transfer.
  • Awaiting Payment: LP has signed the fund documents but has not yet initiated their wire or ACH payment.
  • Awaiting IRA/Awaiting Alto: LP’s IRA payment has been approved and initiated, but funds have not yet arrived.
  • USDC in Transit: LP has initiated their payment via USDC, but funds have not yet arrived.
  • ACH in Transit: LP has initiated their payment via ACH transfer, but funds have not yet arrived.
  • Funding Required:  LP has signed fund documents but has not yet initiated any payment.
  • Completed: LP has fully funded their commitment, and funds have been received.
  • Closed: LP has been accepted into the fund, and funds have been received.
