If you’re having trouble withdrawing money from your Funding Accounts, here are some common reasons and steps to resolve the issue:
- Check your account balance. Your available balance is displayed in the top left-hand corner of the page. Withdrawals are limited to this amount. If you manage multiple investing entities, use the dropdown menu at the top of the page to ensure you’re viewing the correct one.
- Review pending investments. Funds reserved for pending commitments are deducted from your available balance, which may prevent you from withdrawing the full displayed amount. Be sure to account for any allocations tied to active investments.
- Verify your bank details. Ensure the account number, routing number, and account holder name are correct, as errors can cause delays or failed withdrawals for both ACH and wire transfers. If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the account.
- Verify your account. If the issue persists, your account may require additional verification. Withdrawals to accounts without a transaction history or a clear relationship with your investing entity can trigger compliance blocks from our banking partners. Transactions are only processed with entities that have completed KYC verification.
