To withdraw funds from your AngelList account, start by navigating to your Funding Accounts page. On the left-hand side, you’ll see two sections: ACH Bank Accounts and Wire Withdrawal Accounts. If your bank account is not listed in the appropriate section, use the “Add Bank Account” button under the relevant category to securely link it.
For ACH transfers, ensure your bank account is listed under ACH Bank Accounts. For wire transfers, make sure your account is added under Wire Withdrawal Accounts. Once your bank account is properly linked, you’re ready to proceed with the withdrawal.
To initiate a withdrawal, click the “Transfer Funds” button. A modal will appear where you can select the funding account you’d like to withdraw from and choose the destination account. After selecting the accounts, you’ll be prompted to input the amount you wish to transfer. Review the details carefully before confirming the transaction.
ACH withdrawals typically take 3–7 business days to process, depending on your bank’s policies, and may be delayed by weekends or holidays. For wire transfers, processing times may vary slightly. AngelList does not charge fees for sending wires, but your bank may apply a receiving fee. Contact your bank for details on any applicable charges.
Note: Wiring to an account with no prior transaction history or clear ties to your investing entity will likely raise compliance flags and be blocked by AngelList’s banking partners.
