To secure your investment, please fund it as soon as possible. If funds don’t arrive by your due date or the deal’s closing date, your investment may be canceled. You can track the status of your wires and ACH transfers on your Funding Accounts page.
To avoid delays, consider pre-funding your account or enabling ACH Auto-Refill, which maintains a minimum balance in your funding account.
For investments through a new entity, we recommend funding during KYC and accreditation verification. Funds will be held in escrow until verification is complete and then applied immediately once approved.
To ensure your investment can be completed, you should:
- ACH: Send funds at least 4 banking days before the close.
- U.S. wire: Send funds at least 1 banking day before the close.
- Non-U.S. wire: Send funds at least 5 banking days before the close.
- Crypto: Must be sent by the closing date, with confirmation on your Funding Accounts page.
