Firstly, check your spam or junk folder to ensure that emails from AngelList aren’t being misdirected. It’s also important to verify that your email address on file is spelled correctly and free of typos.
To review your email address, log into your AngelList account, and from your investor dashboard, navigate to your Account Settings located in the bottom left-hand corner. Once you’re on the Account Settings page, select the “Emails” tab to edit your email preferences. Here, you can confirm the primary email address associated with your profile and see if it has been successfully verified. A “Verified” tag will appear next to your email address if it has been confirmed.
Adding a Secondary Email or Changing Your Primary Email:
Within the Emails tab, you have the option to add additional email addresses as secondary contacts. You can also update your primary email address to a new one if you prefer. To do this, enter the new email address you wish to use in the “Add Email” field. Unblocking Emails from AngelList:
This page also allows you to check if your email address is blocking messages from AngelList. If emails are being blocked, a red “Blocked” indicator will appear beside your email address. To unblock emails, simply click the “Unblock email” button.
