I’m logged in: how do I enable 2-factor authentication (2FA)?

Enhance the security of your AngelList account by enabling 2-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your AngelList account.
2. Click the “Account” tab in the bottom left corner and select “Account Settings.”
3. Select “2-factor authentication” and click “Set up authenticator app.”
4. On your mobile device, download and open an authenticator app of your choice (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Duo Mobile, etc.)
5. Use the app’s camera feature to scan the QR code displayed on the AngelList page.
6. Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app on the AngelList page to enable 2-factor authentication.
7. Download the TXT file with your recovery codes and store it securely.

Important: For all future logins, after entering your password or email sign-in code, you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Do not delete the authenticator app, as it is required for account access.
