If our system doesn’t recognize your ID, there may be several reasons. Please check that the ID you’re uploading:
- Is valid (not expired)
- Is in color and clearly visible
- Includes your full name
- Includes your photo
- Includes your full date of birth
- Is high resolution (clear, in color, and free of obstructions)
- Matches the country you entered. Note: The ID does not need to match your country of residence. For example, if you are a French citizen living in the U.S., you can upload either your French passport or U.S. driver’s license, as long as both meet the criteria above. However, you must select France when uploading your French ID and United States when uploading your U.S. ID.

If your ID meets all of the above requirements but is still not recognized, our team will manually review it and follow up with any necessary next steps. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, this process may take up to 3 business days, depending on the nature of the issue. If you have invested in a deal closing within the next 3 business days, we will automatically prioritize your verification.
