- Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)
- Limited Partnerships (LPs)
- Non-US Corporations
- Public Benefit Corporations (PBCs)
- Revocable Trusts
- S-Corporations
- Sole Proprietorships
At this time, AngelList generally cannot accept investments from:
- 401(k) accounts
- Entities subject to ERISA
- Entities subject to FOIA
- Joint Tenants or other community property methods
- Self-directed IRAs
