Once proceeds are received and reconciled in connection with an exit event, internal reviews are undertaken. Following the completion of these internal reviews, the pro-rata consideration of each distribution is executed to an LP based on their ownership percentage in the investing entity. This disbursement is sent to an LP’s Funding Accounts page on the AngelList platform where it is available for withdrawal via external wire or ACH transfer.
